- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Baking Powder - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Cocoa Powder - 4 tablespoons
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Semolina - ½ cup
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until white foam forms.
Step 2
Add flour, vanilla, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Beat until thick sour cream consistency.
Step 3
Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina.
Step 4
Place half of the bananas (or frozen cherries) at the bottom.
Step 5
Pour the batter over the fruit, spreading it evenly in the mold.
Step 6
Top with the remaining bananas (or cherries) in a single layer.
Step 7
Place in the oven for 45 minutes (bake until a light crust forms), or in the multicooker for 70 minutes (baking mode).
Step 8
Remove the pie from the oven, invert onto a plate, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
