  • Butter - 2 spoons
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.8 oz
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
  • Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
  • Blackberry - ½ glasses
  • Bittersweet Chocolate - 7.8 oz
  • Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies - 4 pieces
  • Powdered Sugar - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 320°F.

Step 2

Mix the cookie crumbs with room temperature butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie dish. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Beat the cream cheese with sugar, flour, and vanilla in a mixer until smooth. Add the melted chocolate, which can be melted in a double boiler or microwave, and mix well.

Step 4

Crack the eggs and continue whisking.

Step 5

Pour the filling over the cooled base and bake for another 55 minutes to 1 hour.

Step 6

Remove the edges from the pie mold and place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Step 7

Garnish with blueberries and dust with powdered sugar.
