Ingredients

  • Chocolate - 8.8 oz
  • Whipped Cream - 13 fl oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
  • Gelatin - 0.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a water bath, beat two eggs with two tablespoons of sugar until pale and increased in volume.

Step 2

Soak 10 grams of gelatin in a small amount (2–3 tablespoons) of boiling water.

Step 3

Remove from the bath, continuing to beat, add the gelatin, whipped cream, and cream cheese.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into a water-moistened mold and place it in the refrigerator while preparing the chocolate layer; the cheese layer should set.

Step 5

Again, beat 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of sugar in a water bath.

Step 6

Melt the chocolate and stir in 5 grams of soaked gelatin into the still warm chocolate.

Step 7

Combine the beaten eggs, whipped cream, and chocolate. Pour the chocolate mixture over the already set cheese layer.

Step 8

Before serving, dip the mold in hot water for about 2 minutes, unmold onto a plate, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings on top.
