  • Ladyfinger Cookies - 4.4 oz
  • Custard - 5.3 oz
  • Caramel Syrup - 7 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Crush the cookies into fine crumbs and mix with the butter. Press into a mold, flatten, and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Beat the cream cheese, custard, and caramel until smooth.

Step 3

Mix the gelatin with 3 tablespoons of water, then dissolve it in a water bath (or according to the instructions on the gelatin package).

Step 4

Pour into the cheese mixture and add grated chocolate.

Step 5

Pour the creamy filling into the mold and refrigerate for 4 hours.
