- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Dark rum - 1 tablespoon
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the dark chocolate into squares and place it over low heat with the butter. Remember to stir continuously.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar, then add the baking powder.
Step 3
Combine the chocolate and egg mixtures. Add the milk and stir well.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour, stirring continuously. The dough should have a consistency similar to thick sour cream. Add rum.
Step 5
Cut the milk chocolate into cubes about 1 cm in size and add it to the batter. Also, add the pitted cherries to the batter. Mix well and pour the batter into your favorite mold.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 35 minutes.
