Chocolate Cherry Muffins

Ingredients

  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Wheat Flour - 2.5 oz
  • 70% Dark Chocolate - 7.1 oz
  • Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the chocolate with the butter, beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the chocolate-butter mixture in parts. Finally, add the flour.

Step 2

Mix everything thoroughly. Grease the muffin tins with butter (I used special paper liners that don't need greasing), spoon the batter in, and place a cherry in the middle (I used frozen cherries without thawing them).

Step 3

Place in an oven preheated to 356°F for 10–15 minutes. Check for doneness — the center should be liquid!
