Ingredients
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Cocoa Powder - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Sugar - 3.2 oz
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with milk, flour, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, salt, and 40 grams of sugar.
Step 2
Add the baking soda and whisk again. The batter should be thick and airy, similar to sour cream. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the pancakes, each about 7–8 cm in diameter. If desired, you can brush the pancakes with butter.
Step 4
Simmer the cherries in a saucepan with fifty grams of sugar and serve as a jam alongside the pancakes.
