- Avocado - 1 piece
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Cocoa Powder - 6 teaspoons
- Milk - 18 fl oz
- Chia Seeds - 4.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak 30 g of chia seeds in 100 ml of milk (this is one serving) in a glass. It's best to leave it overnight, but one hour is also fine.
Step 2
Blend 2 bananas, 1 avocado, cocoa powder, and 150 ml of milk together.
Step 3
Spoon the mousse over the chia seeds and garnish with shredded coconut. You can also add kiwi on top.
