Soak the raisins in cognac in advance. Ideally, for a day.
Step 2
Grate the zest from the orange. Finely chop the chocolate.
Step 3
Beat the softened butter with sugar and orange zest until fluffy.
Step 4
Gently fold in the flour with baking powder, raisins, and chocolate. Knead a thick dough.
Step 5
Separate pieces of dough (each piece is about 53 g). Shape into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 374°F until golden brown.
