- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Brown Sugar - 6.5 oz
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 7.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - 8.8 oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with sugar using a mixer. Add vanilla, then the egg, mixing well. Pour in the milk. Sift the flour and baking powder, then add to the egg mixture. Mix well and fold in the chopped chocolate.
Step 3
Using a large spoon, place the pastries on a baking sheet, leaving 4 cm (about 1.5 inches) of space between each one. Then, gently press down on each pastry with a fork and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheet.
