- Butter - 6.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Brown Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Fine white sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla extract - 2 spoons
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 300 pieces

Step 1
Prepare and measure all the necessary ingredients. Preheat the oven to 338°F. Grease a baking tray with butter and line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Melt the butter. In a separate bowl, sift the flour with baking soda and salt.
Step 3
Whisk the melted butter and sugar together until well combined. Add the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk. Whisk again.
Step 4
Add the flour and mix with a mixer on the lowest speed. Stir in the chocolate chips with a spoon until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Step 5
Using two tablespoons dipped in water, form balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet. The size of the cookies is up to you. I used about one tablespoon for each, which results in cookies approximately 9-10 cm in diameter. There is no need to flatten the dough, as this will happen naturally during baking, so be sure to space the dough out adequately. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
