Description

- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 1 container
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until a white mass forms. Add melted butter, sour cream, and baking soda mixed with vinegar. Mix well, adding flour.
Step 2
Grease small molds with vegetable oil, pour in the batter without filling the molds completely, and add chocolate to the batter.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at a low temperature for about 20 minutes. Allow the muffins to cool and dust with powdered sugar.
