- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the chocolate into pieces about 0.5 x 0.5 cm.
Step 2
Cream the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and mix. Add the chocolate pieces and mix.
Step 3
Then add the baking powder and flour, and knead a not too thick dough.
Step 4
Spoon the dough into small molds up to 2/3 full, place in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake for about 25 minutes. Check readiness with a match or toothpick.
