- Liquid dark chocolate - 8.8 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 7.4 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 5 pieces
- Salt - 0 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Cream - 3.9 oz
- Starch film - 0.4 oz
- Chokecherry Flour - 3.5 oz
- Pistachios - 1.8 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with powdered sugar until stable foam forms. Add salt.
Step 2
Melt the butter, chocolate, and cream in a double boiler.
Step 3
Pour the resulting mixture into the bowl with the whipped eggs. Mix well.
Step 4
Combine the wheat flour with the chokecherry flour. Then add to the mixture. Stir well.
Step 5
Transfer the resulting batter into a baking dish. Sprinkle pine nuts on top.
Step 6
Bake at 329°F for 30–35 minutes.
Step 7
Allow to cool.
