Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 2½ tablespoons
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Plums - 10 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the plums, cut them in half, and remove the pits.
Step 2
Make several cross cuts on the skin, spaced 3–4 mm apart.
Step 3
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler.
Step 4
In a large bowl, mix the flour and sugar.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the cream.
Step 6
Carefully pour the cream mixture into the flour. Stir until smooth.
Step 7
Pour the melted chocolate into the batter and mix well.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 9
Grease 4 baking dishes with butter. Distribute the chocolate batter among them.
Step 10
Place the plum halves in each dish.
Step 11
Put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
