Chocolate Coffee Cherry Pie
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.2 oz
- Freshly brewed green tea - 3 fl oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Cherry - 7.1 oz
- Bitter - 4.2 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the coffee into a small saucepan and add the butter and sugar.
Step 2
Melt everything over medium heat.
Step 3
Add grated or finely chopped chocolate, remove from heat.
Step 4
Whisk until dissolved.
Step 5
Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and a pinch of salt into the chocolate mixture.
Step 6
Mix the ingredients well until homogeneous.
Step 7
Add the egg and mix again.
Step 8
Line the pie dish with parchment paper and pour half of the batter.
Step 9
Place the cherries on top and cover with the remaining batter.
Step 10
Bake for 50 minutes at 374°F.
Step 11
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Step 12
Cool down and dust with powdered sugar.
