- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 5.3 oz
- Instant coffee - 2 teaspoons
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Brown Sugar - ¾ cup
- Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Cocoa Powder - 0.3 cups
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and 0.5 cups of chocolate chips. Remove from heat and mix well.
Step 2
Add the instant coffee, stir, and cool for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and mix in the eggs, both sugars, and vanilla.
Step 4
In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Step 5
Combine the chocolate mixture with the dry ingredients.
Step 6
Add the remaining chocolate chips and mix.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Drop the cookie dough by 2 teaspoons onto a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet, spacing them apart, and bake for 9-11 minutes until the tops are crispy.
Step 9
Cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute and transfer to a wire rack.
