Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Freshly brewed green tea - 3 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 1.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.3 teaspoons
- Vanillin - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour hot coffee over the chocolate and cocoa, stir until dissolved and smooth. Place in the refrigerator to cool.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix the dry ingredients, including sugar (the last 5). Add oil to the cooled chocolate mixture, then the egg, and whisk. Gradually add the mixed dry ingredients. The batter will be runny.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the molds and bake for 15 minutes (for larger molds, it will take about 20 minutes) at 356°F (check readiness with a toothpick). Remove and let cool completely.
