Ingredients
- "Baby formula 'Malyutka'" - 12.3 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 17.6 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Water - 11 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Butter - ½ teaspoon
- Instant coffee - 1 teaspoon
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Brandy - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the baby formula and cocoa powder. Set aside 3 tablespoons of the mixture for coating, adding some powdered sugar to it.
Step 2
Put water on the stove, add sugar - this will create a syrup.
Step 3
Add chocolate, vanillin, instant coffee (previously mixed with a small amount of water), a bit of butter, brandy to the syrup, and stir in a water bath until all ingredients are fully dissolved. Let it cool.
Step 4
Slowly mix the mass into the baby formula and cocoa. You can also add powdered sugar to taste for a firmer consistency.
Step 5
Dampen your hands with water, pinch off some of the mixture, hide an almond in the center, and roll it in the reserved coating. Place on a plate or board and hide in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
