- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Ricotta cheese - 8.8 oz
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla extract - ½ spoons
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- White Chocolate - 6.3 oz
- Fresh Berries - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the base, separate the cookies from the cream and crush them, then add melted butter, mix thoroughly, and press the mixture into a baking pan (I would use one that is 20 cm in diameter, but since I was making the pie away from home, the pan was larger — it didn't affect the cheesecake negatively anyway). Once the base for the cream is ready, place the pan in a preheated oven at 356°F for 5 minutes.
Step 2
To prepare the delicate white layer, mix together the cheese, flour, sugar, vanilla, sour cream, and eggs. Then, melt the white chocolate, pour it into the cheese mixture, and whip everything together.
Step 3
In the second-to-last step, pour the cream over the base and bake in the oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes. Then turn off the oven, but leave the cheesecake inside for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
The final touch is to whip the berries and drizzle them over the black-and-white cheesecake.
