Description
Makes about 12 small cookies with a crispy crust but soft inside.
Ingredients
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 3.2 oz
- Okara - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.4 oz
- Honey - 1.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the okara with the flour and cocoa. You should get a crumbly mixture. Add honey (you can substitute with sugar) and oil (pumpkin, olive, etc. can be used). Knead by hand until a homogeneous mass is formed. If the dough is too crumbly, add a little water as needed.
Step 2
Form small balls from the dough and slightly flatten them on top.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 338°F. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
