Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Brown Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Instant coffee - 2 teaspoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Powdered Sugar - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy, add the egg and beat well with a mixer.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate and let it cool to room temperature. Add to the butter mixture.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients, add to the chocolate mixture, and knead the dough.
Step 4
Transfer to a bag and place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 7
From the chilled dough, roll balls the size of a walnut. Roll the balls well in powdered sugar on all sides, place on the baking sheet, and sprinkle more powdered sugar on top through a sieve.
Step 8
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
