  • Melted Cheese - ½ cup
  • Brown Sugar - ½ cup
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
  • Cocoa Powder - ¼ cup
  • Wheat Flour - 1¾ cups
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Mini Chocolate Chips - 1 cup
  • Marshmallow - 1 cup
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 374°F (375 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.

Step 2

In another bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add this mixture to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture. Finally, fold in the marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Step 3

Bake for 8–10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the baking sheet.
