Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Brown Sugar - 6.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Pistachios - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add the butter, stirring until smooth.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency, ensuring there are no sugar crystals remaining.
Step 3
While continuously stirring, pour the chocolate into the egg mixture.
Step 4
Chop the peeled pistachios in a blender and toast them. Add the pistachios to the eggs and chocolate.
Step 5
Gently fold the flour into the chocolate mixture.
Step 6
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Pour the batter into the pan, aiming for a thickness of about 2 cm.
Step 7
Bake for 30–40 minutes.
Step 8
Cut the finished cookies into squares. The inside of the cookies should be slightly moist.
