- Prunes - 2.5 oz
- Instant coffee - 0.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0 oz
- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Sugar - 3.2 oz
- Brown Sugar - 3.2 oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.7 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 6.3 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the prunes into 1 cm cubes. In a mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the butter with the addition of vanilla extract, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and instant coffee. Beat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the cream cheese and mix on low speed.
Step 2
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and cinnamon, then sift. Add this mixture to the butter mixture and mix on low speed. Add the chocolate and diced prunes to the dough. Mix one last time. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. After that, form balls of 30 grams each.
Step 3
Preheat the convection oven to 365°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the chocolate balls at least 7 cm apart. Bake at 356°F for 11 minutes. Flip them at the 6-minute mark and continue baking.
