- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Baking Powder - ½ spoons
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Blackberry - 1 glass
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, melt the butter over heat, add the cocoa powder and 50g of sugar, stir well, and remove from heat.
Step 2
Beat the egg with a mixer until fluffy. Gradually add it to the slightly cooled butter mixture, and stir immediately.
Step 3
Combine the baking powder with the flour, then add it to the batter and mix well.
Step 4
Place the dough into a springform pan, with the bottom and sides greased with vegetable oil. Gently spread the dough evenly across the surface of the pan.
Step 5
For the cheese filling, whisk the cottage cheese together with the remaining sugar and eggs.
Step 6
Carefully spread the prepared cottage cheese filling over the chocolate mixture, using a spoon to evenly distribute it across the surface, then sprinkle the blueberries on top.
Step 7
Place the pie in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
