Chocolate Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Sugar - 1½ cups
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Butter - 10.6 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Condensed Milk - 1 can
  • 20% Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
  • Gelatin - 1 tablespoon
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the gelatin in a glass of cold water.

Step 2

Add half a cup of sugar to the sour cream, place it in the refrigerator to dissolve the sugar.

Step 3

Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add 100 g of softened butter, mix into crumbs.

Step 4

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Whisk the yolks with a cup of sugar until pale.

Step 5

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 6

Grease a springform pan with butter. Preheat the oven.

Step 7

Gently mix the flour with the butter, yolks, and egg whites, pour into the pan and bake at medium heat.

Step 8

Carefully mix 200 g of softened butter with the condensed milk. Add cocoa powder. This will be the chocolate cream.

Step 9

Cool the baked sponge and carefully cut it into three layers.

Step 10

Spread the layers with chocolate cream, reserving some cream for decoration.

Step 11

Heat the swollen gelatin until it just starts to boil (do not boil), cool it down, mix with the sour cream, and place in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

Step 12

Pour the sour cream jelly over the cake, and decorate with the remaining cream using a piping bag.
