- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Safflower Oil - to taste
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Cognac - 4 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with a pinch of salt in a bowl, make a well in the center, and crack the egg into it. Gradually add the milk and knead the batter. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Fry thin crepes in vegetable oil. Stack them and cover with parchment paper.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce: melt the butter with the sugar, add the cognac, and stir.
Step 4
Break the chocolate into pieces. Fold each crepe into quarters and place chocolate inside.
Step 5
Fry each crepe until the chocolate melts.
Step 6
Serve with cognac sauce and sprinkle with sugar.
