  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

As soon as the dough is thawed, unfold the sheets and roll out the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Step 2

Using a pizza cutter (or a regular knife), cut the dough into triangles (or rectangles).

Step 3

At the base, place chocolate chips (or pieces of chocolate), then roll the croissants into a spiral.

Step 4

Brush the top with beaten egg.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 428°F. Bake the croissants for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6

Let cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
