Description
Note: If you don't want any designs, you can skip step 10 and not use white chocolate at all. It will still taste delicious :)
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Sugar - 4.6 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- 10% cream - 4 fl oz
- White Chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the dark chocolate (50 grams) into pieces and melt it in a water bath.
Step 2
Add milk and butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Let it cool.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix the sifted flour, sugar, and baking soda.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the cream and add the mixture to the flour mixture.
Step 5
Add the cooled chocolate to the batter and mix until smooth.
Step 6
Spoon the batter into cupcake molds, filling them ¾ full.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 338°F and place the cupcakes inside for 20–25 minutes.
Step 8
For decoration, separately melt the white and dark chocolate in a water bath.
Step 9
Spread dark chocolate over the surface of the finished cupcakes and let it set slightly.
Step 10
Transfer the white chocolate to a piping bag with a fine tip and create circular patterns on each cupcake.
Step 11
Use a toothpick to draw lines from the center to the edges of the cupcake to create a spiderweb effect. Let the design cool.
