- Shortcrust Cake Mix - 10.6 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Rum - 1 fl oz
- Walnuts - 10 pieces
- Ground Coffee - 1 teaspoon
- Mint - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter until creamy. Add sugar, rum, and coffee dissolved in 1 teaspoon of hot water. Mix well.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Let it cool and mix it with the butter-coffee mixture. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
Step 3
In a pan, melt sugar with 3 tablespoons of water. When the caramel turns golden, add the nuts. Then remove them and place on foil.
Step 4
Fill the baked pastry cups with the mixture, top with nuts, and garnish with mint leaves.
