Chocolate Easter Cake
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 2 lbs
- Bitter - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Candied fruits - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass fresh dry cottage cheese through a sieve twice, mix with butter and sour cream, stir well, add chopped candied fruits, chocolate previously grated and mixed with powdered sugar. Mix everything until the mass is evenly colored.
Step 2
Place the cottage cheese mixture into a mold lined with a thin cloth, put a small weight on top, and refrigerate.
Step 3
After one to one and a half days, remove the Easter cake from the mold and serve.
