- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Red Currant - 3.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 3.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler until smooth and well combined.
Step 2
Add the powdered sugar and flour, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add two eggs, three yolks, and a pinch of salt one at a time, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Pour the resulting batter into the ramekins that have been greased with butter, filling them two-thirds full.
Step 5
Transfer the filled tartlets to a dish and place them in the refrigerator for five minutes.
Step 6
Next, remove from the refrigerator and bake in the oven for eight minutes at a temperature of 338°F.
Step 7
Garnish with a few berries, mint, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
