Chocolate Fondant with Cherry
Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Cherry - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and add the chocolate pieces. Stir until smooth.

Serve with ice cream or berry sorbet.

Mix the eggs, yolks, sugar, and flour. Pour in the butter-chocolate mixture. Stir.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 4
Blend the cherries in a blender, then place them in ice cube trays. Allow to freeze.

Grease the molds (you can use crème brûlée molds or silicone muffin trays) with butter and dust with sugar.

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Pour half of the batter into the molds, add the cherry ice, and cover with the remaining batter. Bake for 7–8 minutes, depending on the oven.

If you bake a little longer, you will get a delicious chocolate cake with cherry.

Remove the fondants and let them cool for 10 minutes. Take them out of the molds.
