  • Butter - 7.1 oz
  • Corn Flour for Polenta - 3.5 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Egg white - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Add sugar and flour to the mixture, continuing to stir.

Step 3

Break in the eggs one by one, mixing the batter after each egg.

Step 4

Pour the resulting chocolate batter into a mold and bake in the oven at 356°F for 12 to 20 minutes, depending on the desired consistency of the fondant. Accordingly, after 12 minutes the filling will be more melted, and after 20 minutes it will set.
