Ingredients
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate Sauce - to taste
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter with the chocolate bar in a water bath until smooth. Let it cool for about 5–6 minutes.
Step 2
Add the flour and powdered sugar, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Carefully add the two eggs, yolk, and a pinch of salt one at a time, continuing to mix.
Step 4
Pour the resulting batter into ceramic molds or their alternative, previously greased with butter.
Step 5
Then bake in the oven for 7–8 minutes at a temperature of 170–347°F.
Step 6
The fondant can be served with ice cream or drizzled with chocolate topping on top.
