Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
  • Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Coffee - 0.2 oz
  • 70% Dark Chocolate - 10.6 oz
  • Butter - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the chocolate in a double boiler and wait until fully melted.

Step 2

Mix the eggs, flour, and sugar (whisk until smooth).

Step 3

Once the chocolate has melted, add the cocoa and butter, removing from the double boiler, and then pour in the mixture.

Step 4

Pour into the molds in which you will serve.

Step 5

Bake at 482°F for 5 minutes for a runny center, or 7 minutes for a thicker consistency.
