Ingredients

  • Chocolate - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 0.7 oz
  • Cream - 0 fl oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 0.4 oz
  • Potato protein - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Then add the butter and cream (or milk). Mix everything until smooth, then cool and add the starch and cocoa powder.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer until you achieve a light, fluffy white cream.

Step 3

After everything is done, combine the two mixtures and stir until you achieve a uniform brown consistency.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the molds.

Step 5

Bake for 5–6 minutes at 392°F. Occasionally check the molds — we are only waiting for the outer sides of the fondant to firm up.

Step 6

When serving, add a scoop of ice cream. This will give the dessert a delightful twist and unforgettable flavor.
