Description
A magnificent and very simple recipe for chocolate fondue that will surely please all sweet tooths, especially fans of Nutella. The result is a fondue the color of milk chocolate, which does not harden immediately and can remain in a semi-liquid state for a long time, meaning you don't have to struggle with a torch to prevent it from hardening or burning. Interestingly, if you put this mixture in the refrigerator, after a couple of hours, it will turn into something almost like Nutella, even tastier :) However, it won't last long; after a day, it starts to gradually dry out.
Ingredients
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 10.6 oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Grapefruits - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate bar and melt it over low heat (or better, in a water bath), stirring continuously. Add the chocolate gradually, in small pieces.
Step 2
Once all the chocolate has melted, slowly pour in the cream (low-fat) while stirring continuously until smooth.
Step 3
Cut the fruits into small pieces: any that you prefer. Invite your friends :)
