- Coconut Liqueur - 14 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 12 oz
- Whipped Cream - ¼ cup
- Coconut Liqueur - ¼ teaspoon
- Grapefruits - to taste
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the coconut cream and chopped dark chocolate. Place over very low heat and stir until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate has melted.
Step 2
Add the whipped cream and coconut extract.
Step 3
Pour the chocolate mixture into a small fondue pot and place it over a burner. Serve with sliced fruits and berries.
