Ingredients
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Vanillin - 0.2 oz
- Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Prepare the cheesecake base. Crush the cookies. Add 100 g of butter, mix until smooth. Press into a mold, creating edges about 4 cm high. Place in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Mash the cottage cheese. Add sugar, eggs, and vanillin. Beat with a mixer. Remove the mold and pour the mixture into it. Place in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 320°F.
Step 3
Prepare the cream after the main part is done. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add the remaining butter and a little milk. Spread it over the edges.
