- Liquid dark chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
- Hazelnut - 5.6 oz
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Golden caster sugar - 1.4 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Oreo Cookies - 3.9 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies, roast the hazelnuts in the oven for 5 minutes, and chop 50 grams of cooled hazelnuts.
Step 2
Place the oatmeal crumbs and chopped hazelnuts in a bowl, add the butter, and mix. Firmly press the mixture into a mold, then place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 392°F.
Step 3
Reduce the oven temperature to 302°F.
Step 4
Prepare the filling. Melt half of the chocolate. In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, cottage cheese, and mix thoroughly. Add the lightly beaten eggs, sugar, mix again, and pour in the melted chocolate. Whip until combined. Fold in the raisins and whole hazelnuts.
Step 5
Pour the prepared filling into the mold and bake for 1.5 hours. Do not remove the cheesecake from the oven; it should cool in the oven.
Step 6
Melt the remaining chocolate, pour it onto a plate, and place the plate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes. Once the chocolate hardens, shave it into thin curls.
Step 7
Decorate the cooled cheesecake with chocolate curls and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve with cream.
