- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour Cream - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 5.6 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Vanillin - 0.1 oz
- Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs and sugar (1.5 cups).
Step 2
Add the butter (60 g), flour, sour cream (200 g), baking soda, spices, cocoa (3 tablespoons), and mix.
Step 3
Spread the dough on a baking sheet in the shape of flat cakes.
Step 4
Bake for about 30 minutes in the oven at 356°F.
Step 5
Whisk the sugar (5 tablespoons), butter (100 g), and sour cream (6 tablespoons), then add the chopped nuts.
Step 6
Spread the cream on the cakes and stack them in a hill shape.
Step 7
Pour chocolate glaze over the cake.
