Description
If you use low-fat yogurt (mine was 3.4%) and dark chocolate, the ice cream will be diet-friendly.
Ingredients
- Yogurt powder - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Milk - 3 fl oz

Step 1
It is better to use drinkable yogurt; I had a chocolate stracciatella flavor. If you use regular yogurt, you will need to add a sweetener—honey, sugar, or a sugar substitute.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients. Grate part of the chocolate and chop a few pieces into larger chunks. Place in the freezer, stirring occasionally.
