- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Cookies - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide

In a large enamel bowl, place the butter.

In another bowl, mix the cocoa powder, sugar, vanillin, and broken cookies (i.e., dry ingredients).

Melt the butter completely.
Step 4
Pour the milk into it.

Add the sour cream and sprinkle in the cocoa, sugar, vanillin, and cookie mixture.

Mix thoroughly (it’s best to whisk with a whisk; a mixer will not work).

Then, without delay, place the dish in the freezer overnight (for 10 hours).

No stirring is needed.
