Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder - 5 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - to taste
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the slightly softened butter with brown sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, salt, and continue to beat.
Step 3
Add the flour (preferably in parts) and baking soda — mix everything until a smooth consistency without lumps.
Step 4
Now add the cocoa and milk, and whisk until homogeneous.
Step 5
Using a tablespoon (or a pastry bag for convenience), fill the paper molds about halfway with the batter. It's important that the batter is level, and there are no drips on the molds.
Step 6
Take the chocolate out of the refrigerator and chop it into pea-sized cubes. Place pieces of chocolate on top of each muffin and add more batter to fill each mold to 2/3 full.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 347°F and bake for 30 minutes.
