  • Liquid dark chocolate - 7.1 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Butter - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add the butter.

Combine the cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar, then whip.

Step 3

Separate the egg whites and yolks.

Step 4

Add the yolks to the cream mixture.

Step 5

Pour the melted chocolate into the cream and yolk mixture and stir.

Step 6

In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites and gently fold them into the mixture.

Step 7

Place the mousse in the refrigerator to chill.
