- Bittersweet Chocolate - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 7.1 oz
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Baileys Liqueur - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, making sure there are no lumps. Add Baileys liqueur, sugar, and cocoa to the melted chocolate.
Step 2
Then pour in 50 ml of milk. Place the ice cream in a blender, add the chocolate mixture, and pour in another 50 ml of milk. Blend well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Next, distribute the mixture into bowls. At this point, whip the cream. Spoon the cream over the mousse and serve.
