Chocolate mousse with hazelnuts
Ingredients
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 3.5 oz
- 33% Cream - 10 fl oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the bittersweet and milk chocolate separately in a double boiler.
Step 2
Whip the cream. Add half of the cream to the melted milk chocolate, and the milk and remaining cream to the bittersweet chocolate. Mix both mixtures thoroughly.
Step 3
Chop the nuts with a knife.
Step 4
In clear glasses, layer the bittersweet chocolate to fill about two-thirds of the glass, then sprinkle with nuts and add a layer of milk chocolate. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
