Description
Recipe for 4 servings, approximately 140 kcal per 100 g. This recipe can also be used to make a fruit mousse by replacing the cocoa with your favorite fruits or berries.
Ingredients
- Yogurt powder - 3.5 oz
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 10.6 oz
- Sugar - 3 spoons
- Cocoa Powder - 1½ spoons
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the yogurt, cottage cheese, sugar, and cocoa together until smooth.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Place the saucepan with gelatin over heat and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add gelatin to the chocolate cream and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Using a mixer, whip the cream for 1–2 minutes.
Step 6
Pour the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for 2–3 hours. You can add nuts if desired.
